The Instant Funded Trader (IFT) is owned and operated by MDTC a limited company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
MDTC operates a simulated, demo-based trading environment for educational and evaluation purposes only.
Participants in our trading challenges and evaluations do not trade with real capital, and no actual monetary gains or losses are incurred during the demo trading process.
Any profits, losses, or performance results seen in these demo accounts are hypothetical and do not represent real-world results.
Upon successful completion of the challenge and progression to the “funded” stage, participants may earn a percentage of profits based on their performance in the demo accounts.
These profits are paid directly by MDTC and are not generated from actual market transactions.
No real trading occurs at any stage, and the percentage earnings do not come from any real financial markets or investment activities.
MDTC does not provide live trading accounts, nor does it offer direct financial investments.
All funds referenced in the funded stage refer to hypothetical capital used within the demo environment.

All accounts operate within a simulated trading environment. These platforms mirror real trading activities, but they do not engage with genuine money or assets. Any earnings, profits, or losses experienced within this simulated trading context do not translate to actual financial outcomes and cannot be claimed or actualized beyond this educational context.
Trading in financial instruments such as forex, indices, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies carries inherent risks.
The purpose of this Risk Disclosure is to inform you, the participant, of these risks when engaging in our demo account trading challenges at MDTC.
By participating in our challenges, you acknowledge and accept the risks outlined below.
1. Demo Account Risks
All trading conducted on MDTC’s platform occurs in
demo accounts. While demo accounts simulate real market conditions, they do not replicate the exact experience of live trading, particularly in terms of:
Slippage: Demo accounts may not reflect the impact of slippage in live markets, where orders might not be executed at the expected price due to market volatility.
Execution Speed: Trades in demo environments may be executed faster or slower than in live markets due to differing factors such as order size or liquidity.
Market Conditions: Live markets are affected by liquidity, spreads, and other real-time factors that may not be accurately represented in demo trading.
As such, past performance on demo accounts is not indicative of future results in real money trading.
2. Leverage and Margin Risks
Trading in leveraged instruments, such as forex or CFDs, amplifies both potential gains and losses.
While you may not be trading real money, the use of leverage in demo accounts can lead to:
Higher Profits or Losses: Small market movements may result in substantial gains or losses, depending on the level of leverage used.
Margin Calls: In real markets, failure to maintain adequate margin could lead to forced liquidation of positions.
Although this is not applicable in demo accounts, it serves as a reminder of the risks involved in highly leveraged trading environments.
3. Volatility and Market Conditions
Financial markets, including forex and cryptocurrency markets, can be highly volatile.
Price movements can be influenced by various factors such as:
Economic Reports: News and reports can lead to significant price swings in a matter of minutes.
Geopolitical Events: Political developments, such as elections or conflicts, can cause market uncertainty and volatility.
Liquidity Conditions: In times of low liquidity, trades may be harder to execute at desired prices, potentially leading to unexpected results in both demo and live trading.
4. Trading Instruments
The instruments available for trading in our challenges, including forex, cryptocurrencies, indices, metals, and commodities, are speculative in nature and carry a high degree of risk. Certain instruments, such as cryptocurrencies, are subject to extreme volatility and regulatory uncertainty, which can increase the risk of large swings in account equity.
5. No Real Money Involved
All trading activity during MDTC challenges is conducted using virtual funds in a demo environment.
Therefore, no real money is at risk during your participation in the challenges.
However, you should be aware that:
The trading conditions in demo accounts do not perfectly replicate live trading conditions.
Success in demo trading does not guarantee future success in live trading with real money.
6. Past Performance Disclaimer
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any simulated trading results displayed by MDTC or shared by participants during challenges are based on demo account performance and should not be taken as evidence of likely future results in live markets.
7. Seek Professional Advice
We strongly recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified financial professional before engaging in any real-money trading activities. MDTC does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and all content on this platform is provided solely for educational and evaluation purposes.
