Terms of Service for the Instant Funded Trader Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Instant Funded Trader (IFT) Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. Overview

The IFT Affiliate Program allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to IFT. These Terms govern your participation in the Affiliate Program, including your use of the affiliate dashboard, promotional materials, and payment of commissions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid account registered on the Affiliate Program platform.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Not reside in or promote the program to individuals in OFAC-restricted countries.

IFT reserves the right to accept or reject any application to the Affiliate Program at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to:

  • Promote IFT using only approved marketing materials and methods.
  • Ensure all promotions are accurate and not misleading.
  • Avoid making guarantees or claims about earnings that are not explicitly approved by IFT.
  • Use only your unique affiliate link to track referrals.
  • Abide by the prohibited activities outlined in Section 4.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in spamming, misleading promotions, or unauthorized email campaigns.
  • Using paid advertisements that compete with IFT’s official campaigns, including bidding on branded keywords.
  • Promoting the program on websites or platforms with adult, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals.
  • Violating intellectual property rights by using IFT’s trademarks or logos without approval.
  • Engaging in cookie stuffing or other tactics to manipulate tracking.

IFT reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found in violation of these Terms.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions based on purchases made by referred customers using their unique affiliate link:

  • Evaluations: 10% – 15% commission, depending on the purchased plan.
  • Account Upgrades: Up to 20% commission.
  • Reset Fees: 10% commission.

Lifetime Commissions: Referred customers are permanently linked to your affiliate account, allowing you to earn commissions on all their future purchases.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts are processed monthly within 7 business days after the end of each calendar month.
  • Payments are made via ACH or cryptocurrency.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $50. If your account balance does not reach this amount, it will roll over to the next month.
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. IFT is not liable for delays or failed payments due to incorrect information.

7. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates gain access to a real-time dashboard to:

  • Monitor clicks, sign-ups, and earnings.
  • Access marketing materials, including banners, templates, and FAQs.

8. Marketing Materials

IFT provides approved marketing materials for affiliates. You may not modify these materials without written approval from IFT. Unauthorized use of IFT’s branding or content is prohibited.

9. Termination

IFT reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for:

  • Violating these Terms.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activities.
  • Failing to meet the minimum performance standards (e.g., inactivity for 6 months).

In the event of termination:

  • Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
  • Affiliates must cease promoting IFT and remove all promotional materials immediately.

10. Modification of Terms

IFT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

IFT is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Errors in affiliate tracking or reporting.
  • Suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
